Who we are
Paper Pip is operated by CJS Global Ltd (company number 10664657), 8 Henfron, Caerphilly, CF83 2NU, United Kingdom. Contact: calum@paperpip.co.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The service
Paper Pip lets you create printable pages — handwriting paper, kindergarten writing guides, name tracing sheets, and letter or note paper — from a theme you type. You can print at home or save a PDF from your browser. Some pages can include a painted border generated from your theme.
We may change features, plans or limits. If a change is material we will say so on the site or by email where we reasonably can.
Accounts
You can try a few pages without an account. To save pages, buy a plan or a one-off sheet, you sign in with a magic link sent to your email. There is no password.
Keep the email account you use secure. You are responsible for pages made while signed in to that email. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Children may create an account. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for a child’s use of Paper Pip and for the information they type. See the privacy policy.
Plans and payment
Current prices are on the pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Free pages, Plus, Classroom and one-off sheets work as described there. Classroom class lists use one sheet per name. CJS Global Ltd is not VAT registered, so prices are as shown with no VAT added.
Payments are taken by Stripe. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. How to cancel, and how to ask for a full or partial refund, is in the refunds and cancellation page.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you already have in the words you type (themes, names, class lists). You give us permission to use that content solely to provide Paper Pip — to generate the page, paint a border if you ask for one, print, save and show it back to you.
You must have the right to use any name or theme you enter. Do not include anyone else’s personal data unless you are allowed to. Teachers are responsible for class lists they submit.
Pages you make are for your own use, your family, or your classroom. You must not resell Paper Pip pages as a competing product or service, or scrape the site.
Our content
The Paper Pip name, Pip mark, site design, and the software that makes the pages belong to CJS Global Ltd or our licensors. Optional painted borders are generated for your page; they are not sold as standalone artwork.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use rules. We may refuse a prompt, remove saved pages, or suspend an account if those rules are broken or if we need to protect the service or other people.
Availability
We aim to keep Paper Pip working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Generation of painted borders depends on a third-party model and may fall back to a simple drawn border. Print quality also depends on your printer, paper and browser.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for a claim about Paper Pip is limited to the amount you paid us for Paper Pip in the 12 months before the claim (or £50 if you have not paid us).
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the latest version. If you continue to use Paper Pip after a change, the new terms apply.
For disputes, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
